    I would say the stacked bar chart is the way to go.

    What I like about your approach is that you do not have too many types and each type description is distinct from all the others. That minimises the pain agents must go through in selecting a type and reduces the risk of wrong classifications.

    You can always place a table with the ticket numbers to supplement this report for those that prefer to see raw data rather than a chart.

    Hey Graeme, thanks for the response! Yes, when I started at this company there were quite a few ticket forms and it became confusing for players/users, too.

    It's looking a bit long with the stacked bar chart - I imagine it might take some custom configuration, so I'll see what I can do.
