Is there a way to export tickets for a customer so they can save that information on their own system?

    Hi Mary -

    There's not a button they can click to do that. They could potentially pull their ticket data via an API call, but as far as saving the info on their own system, it depends what system they're trying to save to, file type they need, etc.

    Do you have any additional detail on why they need to be able to do this?

    Customers state they want to recover ticket details for their own records.  I suppose this will help staff keep up to date and new admins coming in.

     

    Also, do you have more info on how to do with the API?
