I am surprised that Zendesk does not have WebRTC Technology for Zendesk Talk service !
by doing this, you would allow your customers ( Startups ) to build a call button on the mobile app to allow customers to call through WebRTC client , and agents would easily receive the calls through Zendesk Talk.
and it could allow agents to make calls to customers too .
Twillo already has this option, which your communication infrastructure is built on . so use it
you would allow customers from all over the world to use your services.
