Select From Address Embedded within a new ticket or side conversation instead of through app
Would be great if an agent is able to select the "from" address for a new ticket or side conversation right within the ticket creation or conversation creation phase instead of utilizing an additional app. The apps side bar gets quite bloated fairly quickly and also increases room for error or misdirected conversations if the modification of the from address is in a more centralized location.
