Please review adding a feature that would allow for End-Users within an Organization to view and utilize other End-Users e-mail address information when submitting tickets. For example, our customers often submit multiple requests daily/weekly, and often CC team members within their Organization. It would be beneficial to our users to have the option to have a pre-populated choice, versus having to manually type the address each time, for CCing someone when submitting a ticket if they are an end-user of the same Organization.
