At our organization, we would like to keep track the time efficiency of the IT support staff. Therefore, I downloaded this app to monitor the amount of time spent on each ticket. The application functions very well, but we found out that if we refresh the window, the clock would restart back to 0:00, and the agent would lose his or her time. Could you please have the developers amend this issue, so even when a person refreshes the window, the clock will not default back to 0:00. Thank you very much for your support.
