The clock on the Time Tracking App restarts on its own after I refresh the window
AnsweredAt our organization, we would like to keep track the time efficiency of the IT support staff. Therefore, I downloaded this app to monitor the amount of time spent on each ticket. The application functions very well, but we found out that if we refresh the window, the clock would restart back to 0:00, and the agent would lose his or her time. Could you please have the developers amend this issue, so even when a person refreshes the window, the clock will not default back to 0:00. Thank you very much for your support.

Thank you for the feedback.
Unfortunately, reloading the Support interface will reload all apps. This means that the apps are unloaded and reloaded as the browser refreshes. There is no way to preserve this data between refreshes unless you specifically save the ticket and therefore the time.
We would recommend that agents save the ticket when they have finished working on it and not refreshing the ticket window whilst the time is in progress/not saved.
May I know your use-case for refreshing the agent window when working on tickets?
