    Hi Tanawat-

    Yes, it is possible to create custom fields along with all their options using our REST API; it sounds like you want to create several custom fields with one API call however, am I reading that correctly?

    We don't have an create_many or update_many option for ticket fields at this time, you would have to create one at a time.

    Could you please include this in the documentation, because it took a while to find out that this is NOT possible.

    We tried to clone a production instance to a sandbox, because for testing purposes we need all the fields we have on production.

    After several fails we created 18 fields, one at a time, and it was a nightmare (we also had to note down 18 assigned ticket_field ids).

    Is it really SO difficult to implement a "create multiple"? Have "1 array" instead of "1 object" and there you go. Would have saved us massive time.
