    Hi Ronnel,

    Just to confirm, are you attempting to set up a view to pull tickets submitted within this 15/30 min interval or a report? I'm afraid theres no condition for "minute ticket created" so you will be limited to the "hour ticket created" condition. However, in the view you've set up you can order by Request Date which will give you the most recent tickets if that's what you're looking for.

    To clarify my concern, yes i'm planning to have a report in 15 or 30 mins view.

    Really? we'll i guess i have to wait to have it included in your next roll-out.

    Hi Ronnel,

    I don't believe that's on the roadmap currently but did you receive any information previously that said otherwise? Additionally, are you trying to pull this report using Explore or Insights?
