I am curious if anyone knows a way to look up the breach history of a ticket. Here is the scenario, we have a ticket where the SLA was breached, but we have since responded to the ticket. We would now like to go back and see when the breach happened so we can determine who's responsible for the breach. I can't seem to find a way to look up information on past breaches - only if it is currently red can I see the breach time.
