Track user tag

    Hey Jay,

    Not sure you can do this. Insights isn't aware of time based events for users, as far as I know. Time events are only recorded on tickets, but the tagging of a user isn't part of a ticket event.

    I'm not sure you're going to be able to accomplish this request, unfortunately. :(


    Happy to be wrong, if someone else has deeper knowledge on the topic.
