    Hi Mayank!

I'm not sure I totally understand what you're asking here. Are you saying that you want to view your tickets in a different website? If you can give me more information about your use case I might be able to help you figure something out!

    Hey Jessie,

Off the back of this request, is it possibly to make Insights reports publically accessible without authentication?

Similarly is it possible to embed reports in other sites (Confluence for example) without authentication via an iFrame?

    Regards,

    Mark

    Hi Mark,

Unfortunately, you cannot embed GoodData reports to non-agents. Access to GoodData requires a log in and this is restricted to agents of your account.

What you can do is to schedule dashboards to non-agents, as explained here: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/203662426-Sharing-reports-in-Insights-Plus-and-Enterprise-#topic_tld_pzy_nr. You still cannot embed the content, but you can distribute information by email to non-agents.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi Jessie,

I am interested in viewing tickets in a different web site.

So the use case would be:

    1. User views my website (a Flare generated HTML5 help site). Reads articles.

    2. User clicks Web Widget to submit a case.

    3. User clicks "My Cases" link in the my website-

       a. User Authenticates

       b. User sees a list of their tickets, including the case they submitted through my web site.

Does it make sense in this use case to embed the My Requests page into my HTML web site? Or does it make sense to launch into our ZenDesk site?

    Hey Amy!

It's not possible to embed Help Center pages into a external site; we purpose-built it that way for security reasons. You'll need to route your users to the My Requests page in your Help Center.
