    Hi Grant - 

    Have you been able to access article labels on the right-hand side in the past? If so, it sounds like we need to do some troubleshooting. 

    If not, it probably means you're not on Guide Professional, so I would double-check which plan level you're on for Guide. If it's Guide Lite, you wouldn't have access to article labels at all. If it's Guide Enterprise, it's confusing because in that case the settings are buried in the admin menu. You can read all about how to access the labels for Guide Enterprise here:

    Let us know if that answers the question, or if you're on professional and we need to look into what else might be going on.

    Nicole,

    I'm on the lite version of Zendesk Guide right now. For awhile, I was using the trial version which was most likely on the professional edition. That makes sense now. Thanks!

    Ah, yep. Trials are typically on Professional.
