I've been trying to get the specific time of each calls entered in our system, reason is to filter out the abandon calls.
I wanna know what the exact time the customer called our HL, and the time they hang-up without talking to someone, can't target the correct metrics in Good Data.
Also i'm seeing the empty values in ticket(which i supposed that it didn't have the ticket created for abandoned). I saw the "call wait time abandoned calls" but not sure if it's accurate or not. this is in "second" right?
