    Hi Ronnel! In Insights, "backlog" has a very specific definition. It's a snapshot of the state of your account on each date. It only captures a snapshot once per day, so it does not have any hourly attributes. You can learn more about backlog data here: Using the backlog dataset.

    What type of report are you trying to create? If you're interested in tickets created or solved or updated each hour, you can use ticket metrics instead. That would give you more control over the report, since ticket data is far more robust than backlog data.
