I doubt this is possible but have to ask. We are a school and best practice is to delete student data over 5 years old. Is there a way to do this ourselves or from Zendesk headquarters and possibly keep the tickets comments? Is there a way to search for users created over 5 years ago? The page on deleting tickets doesn't mention anything about if closed tickets can be deleted, I thought those were locked permanently. It also says you have to list the tickets you want in a way that the checkbox next to each ticket has to be available and when you search for ticket, say, in a date range you don't get the checkboxes.
