    Hi Jaïs!

Is Auth0 the only way that your users will be able to log in? If that's the case, you can just restrict the content to logged in users.

    Hi Jessie

Yes that's right, Auth0 will be the only way for both our end-users and agents to log in.
However, our users will register on our web platform, not on Guide. Therefore, will Zendesk login form know where to look for?

    Okay, thanks for the clarification.

Since this is an SSO solution, you can go to your Support settings > security* and select Single Sign On (SSO) for agents/admins and end-users. For both of those you'll have the option to disable passwords, which means that no user will be able to create and sign in with a Zendesk-only password. That is to say, they won't be able to use to native log-in option. I believe that will do what you need!
