We are considering moving to ZenDesk. I have a large HTML5 help system that stands on its own. Is there any way to integrate this help with Zendesk so that when a Search is performed (via case entry or straight search), the search is performed on my external help site rather than within ZenDesk?
If not, is it possible to replicate zendesk pages (case entry and case management) into my help site?
Love the case deflection functionality, but I'm not going to push all of this content to Guide.
Anyone else have this issue? Any other ideas?
