Add option for Talk agent to pick a call from a list of inbound calls

    I would also like to add that it is nice to see a list of incoming calls regardless of situation.  I'm a manager and have had angry callers get disconnected (for whatever reason).  I would like to be able to see a list of incoming callers so I can manually pick up that call instead of making that caller wait in line.
