    Hey Rich,

    This isn't a feature we have available within Guide unfortunately. The way you have it set up currently is similar to what we use at Zendesk so I do see where you're coming from here. 

    I've relocated your post to our Guide Product Feedback Forum to help provide visibility to our Product Managers as well as other users with a similar functionality.
