    Hi John,

    Thanks for sharing your feedback regarding agent to agent chat. Since those conversations are not saved, it currently does not support how we handle attachments.

    In 2019, we have no plans to change the current functionality set of agent to agent chat.

    As a workaround, I would recommend your agents use links from Drive/Dropbox/Box in the chat conversation instead. Alternatively, you can get your agents to chat with each other on tools like Slack instead.
