No Whatsapp integration
AnsweredI've heard saying "limited access" What does it mean? This exactly the solution that my company NEEDS and we just must fill a form to "be part of this limited group" What's going on wrong? I can see there are many companies using this integration but I think, this is like buying a a ticket to Tomorrowlad = sold out

Our Whatsapp integration is very new. We're in the process of testing with folks who have applied to be a part of the Early Access Program (that's what the form is for), so we can make sure everything's working well before we make it available to all our customers.
If the Whatsapp integration is something your company could use, I would encourage you to apply!

Hi Jessie, I have appied a month ago requesting be part of the Early Access Program and no answer, feedback, contact at this moment. As a company that build a solution to companies help clients is a bad example.

@Psicologia Viva glad to hear you've signed up for the WhatsApp integration! Unfortunately we don't have any additional information to provide as to when you'll be added to the EAP. The approval process is rather manual for now and availability is handled through WhatsApp. It is also worth mentioning that the WhatsApp integration requires an Enterprise Support plan so that will also be taken into consideration during the approval process. If you've been accepted the EAP you'll receive an email confirmation letting you know :)

Hi! I also signed up some time ago requesting to use Whatsapp integration in the test phase and got no response so far. Are there any criteria for making that choice? Any preview of feedback or contact email address to address the issue?

As Brett mentioned, the approval process is handled by WhatsApp and they do not provide us any information re: which users will be added when. I do know that they're only approving a limited number of users at a time and many have been waiting a while to get added.

We have integrated whit Mail, FB, Twiter , IG and our marketplace Mercado Libre
We need urgent the intégration with WhatsappBusiness.

Update: to apply for participation in the WhatsApp EAP, you must contact your Account Executive and be nominated. They are no longer accepting sign-ups directly.

I unfortunately don't have any information on a general availability for What'sApp. Your best bet is to reach out to your Account Executive as they're in the best position to take action on getting their own customers approved for the beta.

I'd be happy to get a ticket created on your behalf and passed over to the appropriate team so someone can contact you. I do want to let you know that the Whatsapp integration is only available for Support Enterprise customers.
If you're not on this plan level you'd need to upgrade before you could be considered for the Early Access Program.

Hi all,
Is there a rough general launch date for this integration? I've applied a number of times for involvement in the trial without response, and understand that this may be limited to a small number of users or to larger businesses - but a rough date for launch would be great.
We're a small business with a broad global reach, interacting with a few thousand users, a lot of whom use whatsapp. This integration is critical for us.
Any update you can give would be gratefully received.

We have not been given a launch date.
As far as participation in the EAP, you should reach out to your account executive and ask them to nominate you for participation.
