Hi! Our team utilizes Google Hangouts Chat for internal communications. We were trying to add the Zendesk bot which is an option, however it takes us through a continuous loop of signing-in with no success.
First we have to put our domain name with Zendesk and then we are asked to sign-in to Zendesk. After signing into Zendesk and we select "Allow" it then takes us to a page and has us select a Google account, and after that selection it takes us back to the beginning of putting in our domain with Zendesk.
Any help here? I also notified Google Hangouts Chat as I am not sure where the error is.
