Using Talk with a physical phone

    Hi Randy,

    What you'll want to look into is Agent Forwarding which will allow for you to forward your calls from Zendesk Talk to your physical device. The document I linked will walk you through step by step on how to set this up. What you'll need to do is make sure you've set yourself to Available within Zendesk Talk and select via Phone as shown in the screenshot I attached.
