    Which reporting tool are you referring to? (Insights or Explore)?

    The core Zendesk 'Reports' function (under Admin > Manage > Reports) does not have email function.

    Insights definitely has email scheduling tools.

    I don't have Explore, but I'd hope that has scheduling as I think it intends to replace Insights.

    Thanks for jumping in here!

    You are correct that Insights does have email scheduling tools for both end-users and agents on the account.

    Explore in its current state only has scheduled email reports for other agents on the account. Emailing reports to end-users is not yet a feature within Explore however this is on the roadmap.
