One of the greatest features about Zendesk is it's relatively ease of use. Unfortunately, this does not include Chat's need to add an attachment by uploading an image vs one of the two alternatives:
- Drag and drop into the chat window per other platforms
- Integrate with other platforms like CloudApp similar to the way Support does
Is there any thoughts on Zendesk's end to update this functionality so that agents can save time, therefore answer chats faster, increase satisfaction, and just be better?
