Potential issue when copying bulleted lists from Outlook to the Ticket editor

    Hey Robert,

    I was able to replicate this issue and have contacted our Dev team to see what options we would have on adjusting our editor. 

    Until then, best recommended practice is to copy the text without formatting and reformat in our editor.

    I just tried this test again and it looks like it is now resolved. The different levels of bullet points now correctly appear when copying them over from Outlook. Thank you again for the assistance.
