I'd want to edit the button text myself.

    Thanks for sharing Michael!

Could you provide your use-case for editing the button text as well as any roadblocks you may have come across because this feature is missing?

    Thanks in advance :)

    Hi Brett.

    Thanks for the quick response.

I haven't used Answer Bot as yet, but I have experience with similar tools.  My customers would be highly prone to the issue described in the comment thread here:  https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115013876508-Using-Answer-Bot-with-your-web-forms I think every business would (or should) want to tune everything the text to be best understood by its customers.

I'll pass this information on to the appropriate team.

Our Product Managers will follow-up if they have any additional questions for you.

    Hi Brett,

We have just started the trial on Answerbot and have to admit this is one of the first items I noted in my testing.

As there is a commercial impact for solved tickets being submitted twice, I am hoping there will be a quick and simple solution for this change.

Looking forward to seeing what is possible and what Answerbot can do for our customers.

    Thanks,

    Thanks for sharing Kieron!

The decision to make this button non-customizable was made to ensure that translated variants of the text do not break the layout of the Answer-bot window and allows us to consistently control the call to action when that button is selected.

I'll pass your feedback along to the appropriate team for review :)

I just posted a comment about the exact same thing here. This is a massive issue and a big deal breaker for us. We are gathering final data on our test and it is not looking good. If we cannot manipulate the text, design etc. I'm afraid we will not be using Answer Bot on webforms going forward.
