Reporting on reassigned tickets - tickets worked but not closed by us

    Hey Heather,

     

    You should be able to do this using the Ticket Group (Historic) attribute. Setup your report for # Solved Tickets. Include whatever attributes you want to view and set your filters to target the Ticket Group (Historic) value for your group. 

    Here's an example off the top of my head. I'm not in a position to try this out, but I'm pretty sure it should get you where you need to go.

    WHAT

    #Solved Tickets

     

    HOW

    Ticket ID

    Resolution Code

    Ticket Group (This will be the group that solved the ticket)

     

    FILTER

    Month/Year (Ticket Solved)   or whatever other date filter you want to use for solves

    Ticket Group (Historic) = Your Group(s)
