Hi all -
I would like to report an attribute in our form (we call it Resolution Code) for tickets that we've worked on but had to assign to another group to do their piece in the chain. So the other group ends up closing the ticket and our current report on closed tickets won't include it. So even though we had a ticket we had to do our piece on, it's not being captured and our numbers are low.
Is it possible to report on tickets we've reassigned to another department and possibly by various attributes?
