    @Jacque - This article is a little outdated but it still works for what you are wanting.  You just need to grab the latest version of Bootstrap, you can also just search for CSS accordions and use those so its up to you.

    I'm having an issue with this even using the latest versions from https://getbootstrap.com/.

     

    Problem is that the ticket form picker is no longer selecting and loading the forms. Any help would be appreciated!
