Available Time and Online Time metrics for agents in Explore
PlannedIn Explore, we are looking to report and monitor the amount of time that agents are online and available on Talk. We want to use these metrics to make sure that our agents are online for the appropriate amount of time in any given date range.

Thanks for your feedback! We're actually planning on including this as we build out our Live Dashboard in Explore Enterprise.
