I have a report, which shows the number of new tickets. We now integrated a phone system (babelforce) and all their tickets have the tag "babelforce". This tickets shouldn´t be shown in this report.
But, when I set the filter: Ticket Tag isn´t babelforce, the shown number is the same as before (and we definitely have a lot of tickets with the tag "babelforce")
The report only includes the following:
- What --> #Tickets
- Filter --> I exclude some groups & organizations
- Filter by Date Ticket Created
Do you know, why this doesn´t work?
