We are selling physical products, and by using zendesk we collect data/info to make our products better.
I want to have agent submiting defect report (serial number, description, issue,etc...) within zendesk, but I don't see any option of that.
Zendesk is powerful to collect customer feedback/complain, but Zendesk is I think missing a bridge between customer complain and quality team
Anyway, any help is appreciated
