    Hi Dennis,

    If you're referring to the Require sign-in option within Guide this will force the customer to log in once they've navigated to their Help Center. Once logged in, they should see any content available to them based on the Visible to permissions you've set in the article. If you'd like to still restrict some content even after the customer has logged in then I would recommend taking a look at User Segments which will give you more control over who sees what.

    After you've created your user segments I would then encourage you to look at our Setting view permissions on articles with user segments which will walk you through applying those user segments to articles.
