why zendesk can't get the items SKU information from Shopify ?

    Currently our Shopify Integration will pull some customer information over as well as their recent order information you configured when setting up the app.

    In what cases would you need the item Sku to show within your Support account?

    We always need to add SKU tags ,perform data analysis for this product and then analyze the problem
