Our company has a Support account on Essential plan with 30+ agents. We used a Team plan before, but this year decided to cut expenses and switched plans. To still have analytics we export ticket data to a different service. When we had a 100 requests API limit, is was very quick. Now we have 10 requests limit, and it would still be manageable, if not for Zendesk Sell.
Last autumn we started a trial on Zendesk Sell. After the trial ended, we came to a conclusion this product is not for us and did not subscribe. But the Sell account linked to our Support wasn't deleted automatically by Zendesk, and it is understandable - they want to make the comeback (if it ever happens) easy for us. And we can't delete the account ourselves too, because we can't enter it - the paywall does not allow it.
But this inactive Sell integration continues to eat up our API requests limit and some days takes more than a half of it. I can see it in activity section of API settings, here's a screenshot that speaks for itself https://take.ms/OSqUN. And of course our export to analytics service is twice as slow as it could be - almost slow enough not to work.
So, the question is. How do I kill that inactive Sell account or unlink it from Support?
