Identifying outbound calls from Zendesk Talk as public replies

    Hi Mie,

    The configurable option "New live call recordings are public?" impacts the type of comment that is created after a call. When disabled the comments are Internal, when enabled the comments are public so the customer will also get an email. I suggest you check this out.
