    I would suggest you look at these solutions and find something for the company of your size https://www.g2crowd.com/categories/enterprise-feedback-management. 

    Actually, there are no unified systems combining all possible domains of CX you are mentioning. Customer Journey Analytics and VOC Analytics are 2 kinds of systems analyzing structured transactional or behavioral (conversions, sales etc) and unstructured text (reviews, surveys etc) data respectively.
