    Very interesting question! 

    I would suggest you look at these solutions and find something for the company of your size 

    Actually, there are no unified systems combining all possible domains of CX you are mentioning. Customer Journey Analytics and VOC Analytics are 2 kinds of systems analyzing structured transactional or behavioral (conversions, sales etc) and unstructured text (reviews, surveys etc) data respectively.
