missing images from all posts (from users and agent / support team)
Good day.
I noticed that the images i used in our (community) post are all gone today. It was working fine when i posted it 2 days ago (Saturday) - even in incognito mode. It's really cumbersome because I had to re-upload the images 1 by 1 since this was a Tips & Tricks post.
I double checked if only my post was affected. But discovered that all images in our community are gone (either supplied by users or agents / support team).
What could've caused this and when can this be fixed?

We've been seeing this issue in our HC as well, and have a team looking into the issue. I've added your comment and a link to this post to the ticket, and will keep you posted as we find out more.

I'm having the same issue as Randolph but some of them are still working. I have an open ticket as well. I'm hoping for an easy resolution and to not have to poke through every single post trying to find all the broken images...

I've just gotten word that a fix has been implemented. It may take some time for everything to recover, so let us know if you're still seeing this issue in a day or two.
