Show tickets in Zendesk Portal accroding to ticket id from my portal

    Hi Shekhar,

    You'll most likely need to use our Rest API to show this information in your external portal.

    In particular, you may want to look at the Listing Tickets API endpoint, as this will allow you to get tickets for a particular end-user.

    Yes I can use your REST API but I want to redirect to your zendesk portal to see the ticket, not in my portal

    and currently I am using the following URL to redirect to Portal.

    BASE_URL + "/agent/tickets/"+id

    Please let me know If this will redirect to Zendesk Portal Ticket

    Hi Shekhar,

    That would work for an agent, however, an end-user would not have access to the agent interface. If it's an end-user is accessing the ticket then you'll want to use "hc/en-us/requests/"+ID
