    Hi Alice,

There isn't a way to accomplish this natively unfortunately. That being said, you could use Google Analytics to collect your Help Center data then create some custom code to build a list of most frequently viewed articles.

I realize this may not be the solution you're looking for but I do hope it helps!

I've also passed your feedback along the appropriate team for consideration. If they have any additional questions they'll follow-up with you :)

    Hi Brett,

    Thank you for your answer.

We are already using Google Analytics to control the views. Do you have some suggestions on how to achieve this or can you point me to some other Community posts that contain this info?

I also noticed that you announced the Most Viewed Articles Cue but it is available for Guide Enterprise customers only. We have the old Legacy plan for Guide. Could we have access to this new feature? If not, do you plan to extend it to other types of customers?

    Hey Alice,

I wasn't able to find any specific posts that would walk you through step by step on how to set this up unfortunately. I'll leave this post open to help get some eyes on this and I will add this to our March Community Roundup which should provide some additional visibility.

As for the Most Viewed Articles Cue, this will only be available to Guide Enterprise customers. Guide Legacy members will not have access to this feature so you'd need to upgrade your current subscription.

Let me know if you have any other questions!
