Currently when a user opts to provide article feedback via the Knowledge Capture App functionality, ZD is allowing the feedback comment only in sections of the article, essentially limiting it to paragraphs or entire lists (i.e. when a user selects a bullet in a list, the entire list is targeted for the feedback rather than the bullet item selected).
This is problematic if the section is large and the agent doesn't provide very specific details on what their feedback comment pertains to--the Knowledge Manager will have to spend time figuring this out. Not great user experience for the agent providing the feedback or the person reviewing it! The ability to select the exact text/list item you have feedback on would make this feature more attractive.
