    I agree. Being able to single out more specific parts of a certain text will speed up the process when you leave feedback on an article.

    Maybe it would help if you could add private annotations to the articles.  Then, when feedback is submitted a link to the article is included in the notification email (which should be sent to the author of the article rather than open a ticket).  The annotations could have "resolved" button on them to allow the person changing the text/graphic to indicate it is fixed.  Then, republish the article.
