I am looking for some help regarding Automations. I have created a Custom Field against my Organisations for Customer Status. This sometimes is getting missed by my team and I want to Automate this to negate the issue of it being missed. My idea to do this was to have it when a Tag is against a Ticket for it to change the Customer Status, but when I come to save this I am getting the following error "Automation could not be created as: Automation must not run multiple times per ticket. It must have a time-based condition that is only true once (Hours since created is 24) or an action that nullified a condition ("Priority Is High" and an action setting it to "Priority Is Urgent")."
