I use Zendesk to received my customer calls.
When i am working on something else I do not see when a customer is calling, I have to wear my headphone all the time to hear the ringtone.
How can I change my settings to see the call when I am on another window please?
As well, can I stop Zendesk from mailing me everything I missed a call?
