    Hi Kate! You may try to use our Notifier app for Zendesk to receive ticket notifications on your desktop.

    I agree as well.  In my opinion, text need the fastest response time and the way it is setup isn't friendly.  I had to install a browser refresh to help the agents notice there are text tickets quicker but a notification would be the best.
