    Hi Prabina,

    As you mentioned, following a category is not a feature available within the Help Center. You'll want to take a look at the official comment mentioned here: Expand Follow functionality

    I've also copied the relevant information for you below:

    Category level subscriptions
    Regarding subscriptions at the category level, it's been determined that most knowledge bases have so much content that subscriptions at that level would inundate users and the number of notifications going out would be a huge load burden as well. This will be particularly problematic with the introduction of Flexible Hierarchies where there are now multiple levels of sections and sub-sections.
