Sort by status in View "my assigned tickets" when using Guided Play Mode

    Hi Paul,

    You should be able to edit this view and change the Order by or Group by option like any other view. If you within the view can you click the little drop-down option towards the top right and select edit?

    Screenshot below:

    Hi Brett,

    thank you.

    I as an Admin can edit the view for me.

    The agents themselves can't, they can not edit at all.
