I'm looking for a process/trigger/automation/etc. that groups two tickets, based on the fact that they share the same information within a custom field.
In other words:
Ticket 1 has a custom field titled "Purchase Order Number". We manually input the number after a buyer on our site has emailed us to check on the status of their order.
Ticket 2 also has a custom field titled "Purchase Order Number". We will also input the number here, but once we email one of our supplies to check on the status of our customer's order.
We would like a nice way to either thread/merge/join/blend/group tickets that share a Purchase Order number.
Is this possible in any way?
