We would love for our agents to be able to get rid of the spam tickets that end up in their specific queues by marking them as spam, however, we don't want to give them deletion privileges.
However, this gets rid of both the 'Delete' and the 'Mark as Spam' option on their side. We also noticed whenever an agent marks a ticket as spam they simply just end up on the deleted queue.
It would be a great idea to work on actually separating these two functions!
